1. You take a video of yourself 2. Run your own private blossom relay 3. Connect it to your website 4. Post it there and sync it across multiple blossom servers so it can’t be taken down
If you only place them on your blossom relay; then your bandwidth would take the hit for the video playback. But that’s why step 4 was sync it across multiple relays so they help relay that video traffic too. Bloom.btcforplebs.com can do this sync. Shoutout to @Geektoshi for making it!
This is the most sovereign way to Vlog, but it’s not the only way. You could just upload your flogs to everyone else else’s blossom server (like primal or nostr build) and trust them to keep it online for you
to add to that @Bert i would upload big files you want to share to big public (blossom.primal.net) or paid (satellite.earth, nostr.build, etc) servers. you can def serve them from your own relay (i like haven), but that will depend on your server's bandwidth limitations. I personally like to keep keep copies of certain files on my own server but usually share a mirrored version from another. really part of the reason i'm building Bloom (thanks @Logen lol), and i made it super simple to share files right to nostr from there (bloomapp.me shameless plug).
