yeah, this is confirming several intuitions i have about it, one being acupuncture, just today was poking myself with toothpicks over the bones in the centre of my ribcage and thinking how it might be helpful
and iodine, iodine iodine iodine
and also, he mentions D3 and calcium and magnesium, - check - i'm also taking boron as part of my treatment which is implicated in these problems, plus also taking magnesium now, though not ideal forms
i had remarkable results with iodine in my late 20s that saw me get real solutions for my central nervous system problems, and consuming a lot of salts was critical to that working out as well, so, here i am, same things, more or less, but with a few other things that might help
glutathione, acupuncture... and definitely need to keep up the iodine

I’m glad it was >0 helpful 🙂
yeah, iodine, damn, iodine
yeah, this is really good, and i've literally started taking iodine on a daily basis for 4 days now and i know it took 3 months to have a tangible effect back in the days so, i'm hopeful, thanks, iodine is really the main one... gonna need to get more lugol's at some point but i have plenty enough to run on for 6 months at this point
