⚡️💸 NEW - Lexar’s regional manager for Australia and New Zealand, Chris Xia, says RAM prices could double by the end of the year.
According to Xia, today’s “discounts” and stable prices result mostly from distributors clearing old stock or sourcing products from other regions.
He warned that current prices do not reflect where the market is heading. Major memory manufacturers are focusing more production on AI and data center memory, leaving less capacity for consumer DDR4 and DDR5 modules.
If you’re planning to build or upgrade a PC soon, buying RAM sooner rather than later may not be a bad idea
