I try to review PRs carefully, but that often takes a lot of time… and coding is what I actually enjoy the most! 🤓 How do you balance doing good code reviews with having enough time to code yourself? Any strategies or tips are welcome! 🙌

Best thing to do in my experience is try to guide the rest of the team so they improve their reviews as well. Once you trust everyone is reviewing properly you don't need to actually be on top of every PR!
