Yeah you can write a book about your ape-like subject, about how earth is flat or any other BS theory your ape-like mind can imagine.
But, writing a book requires proof of work and dedication and on top of that you need to find a publisher and someone to finance your stupidity which your ape-like mind can’t really figure out
