Почему-то у события Reactions (Kind 7) статус всегда Failed на релее wss://offchain.pub. Однако он почти всегда успешно пропускает Note и создание Закладок, например. Это нормальное (правильное) поведение данного релея?

you need the supported nips form the onchain relay from the relay orbits page or if it is paid or not it can also be checked from the relay orbits or simply click on the relay url and check the supported nips
as i can see they dont support reactions kind
