The constant hate towards vegans is something I don't understand. 🤷‍♀️

It isn’t hate for those who choose to be vegetarians. The hate is for those in that group who try to demonize or force others to adhere to their choices as well. That applies to most groups/causes. Just believe how you believe and let others do the same.
