in NYC you have ivy league graduates who work 100 hour weeks ( like a high school friend of mine who went to yale and lived in China to learn Chinese ) and they pay $10,000 / month rent to live NEXT DOOR to low income housing projects where nigger drug dealers live for free on welfare ... it is not a sane place ... but it works for the people who live there because they are not sane people. @Prince Aleph

in NYC you either need a masters / PHD from from Yale and work 100 hours / week looking at financial statements OR you need to be on welfare no in-between it is a completely bipolar place where people worth tens of millions are riding on the subway next to homeless crackheads in Florida it's mostly in-between people or upper middle class folks who have retired except in Miami of course @Prince Aleph
