My spam is boring. I just fry it and slap it between some bread.
Honestly I may need to go buy some and eat some tomorrow. It's been a while.

I've thought of trying this. I always make omelettes. Maybe I'll substitute sausage or bacon for spam sometime.
The eggs offset the saltiness of the spam. Good combo
