It’s this one bush which is about 6 years old, the other 3 in the same row look great, but maybe it needs some compost, but the other 6 year old bush 3 feet away looks the best it has ever been.

Sometimes a plant is just weak. I dont baby my plants too much. If they are too much trouble i let them sink or swim.
