What did you expect? These days, every new account is automatically suspicious. You basically have to work your way out of being "suspicious" over years and by gaining lots of followers. Even without API keys and stuff. New to Twitter without KYC and blue checkmark? Forget it. Even if you comment somewhere, it won't be shown to others at first because of "suspected spam."

Didn’t expect much. I just didn’t think they’ll allow one to create an account to suspend it immediately.
