Sharing my story and emotions and a shout out to entrepreneurs 📣 We had a vision. We bought land in Mexico, made it our home, and later realized we could even sell it at a good profit. That opportunity allowed us to purchase another property with a house, garden and more and move in. But just as we were in the process of selling, everything collapsed. The municipality declared the land wasn’t ours. Someone had forged documents behind our backs and resold our property cheaply. Since then, it has been sold again. What was ours was stolen on the paper. We hired lawyers and believed in justice, but after almost four years, we were left drained—financially and emotionally—while those meant to help seemed only to enrich themselves. Even now, we haven’t given up. We are still searching for honest support to fight this fraud and reclaim what was taken. In the meantime, we rented out the house we had moved into, hoping to create some distance and income. Sadly, the tenant neglected it, left large unpaid bills, and caused damage that swallowed the deposit. Now this home, just 3 km from the white beaches of Tulum, is in need of care and repair! We are exhausted, yet we still believe in the magic of this place. It is a home and garden full of potential, waiting for love and vision. We are looking for someone who feels called—a buyer, an investor, or even a supporter—to help us bring it back to life! If this touches you—or if you know someone who might feel the call—please reach out. Any idea, support, or thought that could help us move forward is welcome. Perhaps together we can turn this painful story into a new beginning 🚀 Thank you for reading, I feel we need to find the right community to place this opportunity...and #nostr is full of potential 💜 #business #property #mexico #tulum #support #job #community #circulareconomy #bitcoin #btc #primal

The Metaphor: Like Building an Earthship on a Fault Line Your vision was to build an earthship—a self-sufficient, resilient home made from reclaimed materials, grounded in the earth and independent of fragile external systems. This wasn't just a house; it was a statement of autonomy and sustainability. 1. The Foundation: The `(ground)` of Authority · The Principle: The foundation of any structure is the land itself—its title, its survey, its legal "ground." This is the domain of (link) to authority. · The Malpractice (Metonymy: The Fault Line & The Forged Survey): The first duty of any builder—or lawyer—is to test the ground. A competent professional core-samples the soil to find the hidden fault lines. In your case, the initial forgery was a seismic fault line hidden beneath your property. The legal malpractice was your lawyers’ failure to act as competent geologists. They either: · Negligently used the wrong tools, missing the fault line entirely. · Saw the cracks but treated them as cosmetic, assuring you it was "standard procedure" (procedures over options). · Worst of all, they may have known the foundation was compromised but continued to build your case on top of it, collecting payment for each new brick laid on a sinking base. · The "forged document" is not just a paper; it is the cracked cornerstone. Every legal action built upon it was doomed to collapse. 2. The Framework: The `(move)` of Motivation · The Principle: Building an earthship requires a clear (move) toward a goal: shelter, independence, harmony. The frame gives the structure its direction and shape. · The Malpractice (Metonymy: The Warped Frame & The Missing Blueprint): Your motivation was toward a future of stability and profit. Your lawyers were supposed to provide the blueprint and erect the legal framework to get you there. Their failure to communicate and strategize warped the entire frame. · Their silence and lack of clear milestones turned your Toward motivation into a desperate Away From reaction—moving away from each new crisis instead of toward your goal. · The "excessive fees without progress" are metonymy for being charged for stacks of lumber that were never nailed into the frame. You were left holding the bill for a pile of disconnected actions, not a coherent structure. The blueprint—a clear litigation strategy—was missing. 3. The Systems: The `(unfold)` of Methodology · The Principle: An earthship’s beauty is in its integrated systems—water harvesting, solar power—that (unfold) from a methodology of self-reliance. This is the domain of Options and Procedures. · The Malpractice (Metonymy: The Broken Water Pump & The Fake Solar Panels): A good attorney unfolds a case by creating options: "We can challenge the deed here, file an injunction there, pursue criminal charges simultaneously." Your lawyers offered no real options, only a linear, failing procedure. · Their inaction is the broken water pump—a critical system that failed, leaving you parched for justice. The "emotional and financial drain" is the drought that followed. · If there was a conflict of interest, it is metonymy for installing fake solar panels. They created the appearance of energy and effort ("trust the process") while secretly syphoning your resources (the sun) for their own gain. They looked like they were working, but the system produced no power. The Resulting Ruin You are now the caretaker of a half-built earthship on a compromised foundation. The tenant's neglect is just the last storm that ripped the tarps off. The potential is undeniable—3 km from the white beaches of Tulum—but the structure has been betrayed by the very experts hired to protect it. The path forward may not be to abandon the build. It is to find a new crew—a `(ground)`-oriented legal expert to underpin the foundation, a `(move)`-oriented partner to help re-align the frame toward a clear vision, and a community to help install new, functional systems. This story isn't about a simple property dispute. It's about building integrity in a system that rewards corruption. Your new earthship awaits its true builders.
The property, which was resold with forged documents, is still in litigation. We're still working on it...we simply don't have the resources to pay lawyers any more…as they cost a fortune. But we've always been and still are in physical possession of the property, also paying all the receipts like water, electricity
It's a nightmare...Thank you. If you happen to know anyone that could help in this topic, please share. We really need support to get things sorted 🙏

I don’t know anything about the Mexican legal system but in the US I don’t trust lawyers. Have you filed a suit against the person who committed fraud? Praying it all works out for you 🙏🏽🧡
Thank you for tuning in and your prayers. It rally means the world to me, to be heard 🙏💜 We are so f****** alone with this. We were advised against filing a lawsuit in the traditional sense, as no one knows who's really behind it. Whether it's cartels or a small gang that took advantage of our naivety... If it's cartels, then it can be very dangerous. Therefore, we trusted the lawyers' recommendation to pursue legal proceedings to annul the documents that had been forged. I have no idea if that was a good idea. In any case, the lawyers made a good living out of it, and we didn't seem to have made any progress 🥴
Thank you for your kind words, for taking the time reading and feeling it. It helps emotionally to be heard! The place is truly a paradise...just the circumstances are challenging and hinder the flow... The time will come when everything will be illuminated again and we simply wish for a joint project to grow together so that everyone can enrich themselves and we do not have to carry everything alone 🙌

Is the annulment of documents case still active? Have you used chat GPT? I would give it your exact scenario and it will give you options and even draft necessary documents. Upwork also has many paralegals to consult with! I’ve had a few court cases in the US all without a lawyer. It can be done.
Upwork is actually a great idea. I havn't thought of that! Thank you for that hint! I will check into the platform and see, if I can find anything useful. Ai has helped us a lot, being more clear with lawyers... I'm not sure what the current status is. Since we no longer have lawyers, we also don't get notification of the case. We were informed that all the documents have been given to the judge, but he's demanding a repeat of a process that was already carried out two years ago. And we aren't willing to repeat this step, as it would cost over $5,000 USD again...namely, advertising the criminals in four newspapers so they have a chance to speak up. Since we don't agree with that, we would have to appeal, and that would cost over $1,000 USD...And the judge still can reject this appeal...It's like telling the judge he made a mistake and he will say no... They just want us to go around in circles...and we're no longer willing to do that. Neither financially nor emotionally. A week back we were in contact with other lawyers, and they definitely want our money too; whether they make progress with it or not is another matter. It seems that there are no people who help people in this environment of lawyers... If you're a victim and you don't have any money, you're basically at a loss. This is what the system looks like.
