coldcard and jade newbie
@Blockstream jade. So many features for such a fair price. Can also be used airgapped. Plus it can mine Bitcoin (with extremely low chances)
I always think I have to look at every new wallet
not for security, but for better understanding of design decisions and UX
Coldcard is def best, tried ledger nano s, bitbox, trezor and jade
Cc is open source (auditable), solid hardware, useful additional functions like deterministic passwords, doesn't support shitcoins, security design also _feels_ the best to me with 2 secure elements and even ledger security labs are saying the cc is well designed/thought out in their blog.
Negative is that its more expensive than most others, esp with shipping to EU

Cold card brcause I like to try all the wallets and BIP85 makes backups for those wallets a cinch.

i think it was pretty smart to price the jade at the lower end with all its features

Yeah, but that's not the only reason. Setting up a cold card is the best bitcoin education money can buy.

Yes! The SeedQR is an enormous and underrated aspect of the SeedSigner. Additionally, the SeedQR's ability to trigger a very clarifying "aha" moment of self-sovereignty, and security is π₯
Seedsigner! Really not even close. These guys solved the problem of the closed source SE chip β¦ donβt include one! Stateless off-the-shelf HW with QR code communication. The team is badass. @SeedSigner @Keith Mukai @Nick Klockenga
