A wise man will question the "Meme Doctor" e-celebs on Nostr giving out Health Advice......A doctor needs you to make bad decisions, not good ones so they get paid. nostr:nprofile1qyv8wumn8ghj7ur0wd6x2u3wwpkxzcm99aex2mrp0yqzptmkw0asn4vcad3jwtxhumqazc2qx8xlczzvgc8464ymuv6aca3sg2hlz5 's meme Animal-based Diet made my cholesterol rise up terribly with his diet. Dr. Ken is pushing the same meme-type of Diet also. Clearly, they are not healthy for everyone at least.

Depending on who you are and what lifestyle you live, doing some form of intermittent fasting is objectively the best "diet" you can go on, simply because you reduce your total intake of food rather than restricting yourself to certain types of food. I've had success doing it prior when I was at my heaviest two years ago (170 lbs/77 kgs), getting down to 140 lbs/63.5 kgs; doing it again now, with the goal of getting to either 125 or 130 pounds. This isn't me knocking keto or any other kind of diet that isn't WHOLLY bullshit, but fasting hasn't failed me or anyone who's done it (unless they're diabetic, lul).

Yeah, IF is how I went from Obese to slightly-overweight and had way better LDL. It was good but I hit a wall and needed to change something. Starting last week, I took what I learned from the Animal-based diet, protein fruit smoothie basically, and will combine it with a small meal with it like PBJ with handful of chips, Mon-Sat, cheat day Sunday. Basically 1 meal a day
