Drop it inside a Metal Mesh Basket.
ANY METAL basket will do.
Just… don’t keep it naked.

Why? Switching off is far superior when you don't need it. And in times you need it it'll make signals worse?

Recently got a wifi router. Will try it. Is there any way I can measure the radiation, and got an idea? The measurement need not to be 100% accurate.

It will show signal strength in dBm
