Or what he is willing to give up for it more often. As a wise man once said, it is easier for a camel to fit through the eye of a needle than it is for a rich man to get into heaven. Even then they knew the inverse relationship between wealth and empathy
He'd be just exchanging the support, but the base value that he holds would still be the same.
I suppose you're specifically refering to spending money for being with someone. In the end, the wealth is the same, you're switching from a compound interest based on capital to one based on human/god/love relationship.
Except if you mean him destroying that money...
And a rate of interest of -100% still tells million stories about that man...
