Good point. It's just one room that needs heat. I'm open to other options, but they must be efficient and relatively quiet.

For one room I would skip the Nano and either use a simple fanless electric panel (silent, cheap) or a 1 kW boxed ASIC heater with big slow fans. Efficiency per watt is similar, the real difference is noise profile and upfront cost.
