I worked hard today.
I provided for my family today.
I saved in Bitcoin today.
Now I enjoy a La Perla Habana 1515 on the back porch as the sun sets. Today was a good day. I am bullish on life.

Fifteen years ago, I spent 4 years earning a degree in C++. A few years later, high school students were learning the same language. Everything kept evolving, new languages and frameworks emerged, and much of what I learned became less relevant.
Now, people can describe an app to their phone in plain English, and AI will build it without them writing a single line of code.
I’ve watched the barrier to creating software collapse in real time.
I want to accept Bitcoin at our upcoming community garage sale, but I'm wondering if having a “Bitcoin accepted here” sign on a table in front of my house makes me more of a target for wrench attacks. Thoughts?

Absolutely thrilled to finally add Satoshi’s Reserve to the collection. Gorgeous presentation. I also appreciate the long blade on the wine key; it makes it more practical as an EDC. Thanks, @Ben Justman🍷 and @Peony Lane Wine.
What are everyone’s thoughts on the Slate truck, marketed as an “affordable American-made EV”?
An electric mini-truck sounds pretty interesting.
Is it still “affordable” if it’s actually ~$25k+ and stripped down?
Take a look:
The fiat system SUCKS!
My mortgage company just “accidentally” pulled my monthly payment twice. I called them, and they acknowledged the mistake. They said they canceled the second payment, but the refund would take 7-10 business days.
I called my bank next. Because I have the mortgage set up to be paid by ACH, there was nothing they could do to stop the payment. Since it’s the weekend, I have to wait until Monday for everything to settle. Then I can fill out a form to dispute the payment. They said it could take up to 3 more days to resolve the issue.
I didn’t even make the mistake, yet I have to spend all this extra time and energy just to get back to square one.
Now I'm rethinking my entire banking setup.
FIX THE MONEY, FIX THE WORLD.
Let it be understood that when a party cannot prevail by the merit of its principles or the strength of its platform, it seeks recourse instead through the suppression of the electorate, thereby subverting the very foundation of a free and fair republic.
