Gotta go through the suffering to realize all is temporary and let it pass as far as I understand it. Not numb it out or avoid it so it can build it.
Perhaps I should have stated that these examples like what comes with suffering, or that they are not trying with all of their might to avoid or reduce it, to be clear.
Buddhism is a shitcoin in my opinion.

That's useful for reducing suffering and for surviving with it for sure. But then what? I love the original joke btw, "I like my suffering RAW" well said lol
