This is what I call a one dimensional messaging .. you can't live in one dimension ..
... the point is if you cut down calories in food .. maybe you won't be able to sleep 8 hours .. and extra two hours of sleep can automatically eat away 500 calories cuz less time awake is less intake besides sleep is fundamental necessity for building muscles .. workouts tear the muscles ..growth happens when body rebuilds them during sleep ..
Its also very hard to build muscle in a calorie deficit, if not practically impossible, for a big deficit at least.
Lose fat while maintaining muscle and then gain muscle while maintaining fat, and repeat
Yeah I agree. If you go keto you can follow the βlean gainsβ protocol you can get some decent gains just not as fast.
