The only relay still in my list is fountain.fm. I'll reinstate the others and ditch fountain, as I guess it's bumping the others somehow.

If you updated the relay list in foutain and jt has overridden your list to only have their relay, it’s probably an issue on their end. Try to update your relay list in YakiHonne and check if the issue persists.
That's what definately happened the first time, and I agree it's very likely an issue on fountains side. But I havnt even opened or updated my relays in fountain since that first instance, so I was surprised that it happened again.
