Awesome!

One of the most insanely tasty things I’ve done in the dehydrator lately was taking all of the skin and scraps from a hot smoked turkey, threw it on parchment paper on the racks, lightly salted and peppered it, and dehydrated it. It barely made it off the racks before everyone “gobbled” it up.
