I've got a small 500w turbine that I hope to repurpose for that same reason eventually.

Nice, I’m also going to lay some solar arrays on deck. It will be exciting to see what my energy budget will be like 😅
They'll be awesome in summer - mid November till end of January they're pretty much useless
