Word list already exists. It's not a Trezor thing. #coinkite could be a part of it - there's not a copyright on this. With your participation it could be a bigger thing. What do you nostr:nprofile1qqsw3znfr6vdnxrujezjrhlkqqjlvpcqx79ys7gcph9mkjjsy7zsgygpzpmhxue69uh5ummnw3ezuamfdejsz9thwden5te0v4jx2m3wdehhxarj9ekxzmnymlvvupmean by "extra crypto"?👀
To get back to my initial question: A company like @Coinkite which have implemented such useful features like trick pins, key teleport, BIP-85 seeds/passwords, seed vaults and much more for their #coldcard is challanged to implement #slip39 because of a different word list?👀 This may sound provocative but your response was quite thin-lipped😐 I would appreciate if you could elaborate on your answer and tell your position on this. @QnA brought #SSKR by Blockchain Commons into the game. I'm not familiar with the pros and cons on this but my opinion is that it is a good thing to get a transparent discussion🎩@ODELL @Gigi @calle started on this even between competitors💪 Maybe I'm too naive for this position☮️😐 But such features like #backup solutions in the #bitcoin space should be common territory and make both companies equally stronger. To bring in a personal wish regarding this matter I'd like to see a common sense from @Foundation and @Coinkite on #sskr vs #slip39 and their plans about an implementation⚓ 🤝🏼
An alternative feature doesn't necessarily need to be compatible with a previous feature. #slip39 is an alternative to #bip39. It offers more and flexible #backup possibilities for the #security focussed #bitcoin user. Everything you surely already know. #trezor did implement #slip39 even though it is incompatible with #bip39. No plans for #coinkite to extend #coldcard #backup features by #slip39 or #sskr ?

Stamping all those words into steel hurts my fingers
