The local chess tournament that I sponsored went well. As a prize, I donated a refurbished ThinkPad T470s laptop with Linux Mint Debian Edition and some chess software pre-loaded.
Met some new people. One guy was talking about his experiences with crypto-currencies (mostly investing and loosing his gains to a rug pull). Another guy is going to be opening a new coffee shop in a nearby city.
