I think the next recession will not be caused by housing market or a bank sector. But artificially inflated Tech sector.

as long as the mag 7 which makes up 40% of the whole index keeps running there won’t be any real crash soon. jsut some minor pullbacks here and there
Federal reserve caused, particular area of malinvestment that goes bust could be tech, yes.
