I suppose its all subjective based on what you are defining right and left to be. Elon says a lot of stuff that the right likes to hear, and maybe has one or two issues he generally aligns on, but for the most part, its all a grift. He's just playing the part. As soon as one side actually threatens his paycheck he'll pivot his talking points. If there is a US uniparty, Elons in it. If you want right wing social media, probably Gab and Gettr (if its still around) fit the bill. I would say Bluesky, Threads and Mastodon (generally) would be left, and Nostr is just something different altogether.
