I suppose its all subjective based on what you are defining right and left to be.
Elon says a lot of stuff that the right likes to hear, and maybe has one or two issues he generally aligns on, but for the most part, its all a grift. He's just playing the part. As soon as one side actually threatens his paycheck he'll pivot his talking points. If there is a US uniparty, Elons in it.
If you want right wing social media, probably Gab and Gettr (if its still around) fit the bill. I would say Bluesky, Threads and Mastodon (generally) would be left, and Nostr is just something different altogether.

Hence Elon Musk true egocentric side went full throttle with Twitter and minimizing all the achievements he has helped Tesla and SpaceX has done (which I am a fan of).
For me, he should not be a Balancer of left and right as he is just a mere geek with money and just one more voice.
To be honest, the less politic fanatics from both sides in a social network, the better is to me.
