Zapstream is advising to use OBS
it spits out a single stream, that can be split into multiple via restream.
Restream is a paid service and it therefore requires kyc and is not needed.
OBS is open source and has plugins that would allow to stream to multiple platforms without restream

You really only need a .m3u8 link to stream on a Nostr client. Clients don't necessarily need their own streaming services. Something like livepeer studio is fine but I'm not sure if it allows you to restream. It should but I'm not certain.
