I have yet to get a monero payment and ive had an xmr address in my profile for years. The only time I got one was when we were all experimenting with that short lived, not maintained amethyst fork that had a monero wallet built in. I don't mind. I'm not here to make money. I'm here to shout meaningless nonsense into the void in such a way that I cannot be censored. Its all about censorship resistant publishing to me, not zaps. Though they are pretty cool. I am a pretty firm believer that this whole model of voluntary micropayments for posting is not going to earn anyone any consequential amounts of money. Its just a fun thing to me.
