Nah there is no cure. Just management. I have a lot to deal with on daily basis but hey I am alive thats what matters.

Hehehe... yeah I know... it came to my mind after i wrote it... cuz a times I feel the same... and I also did try so many stuff people recommended amd a times you do just get tired of it. For coffee I think its just placebo... you gave me an idea to test if it actually is... next time ... but just wondering which kind of smells do you feel? Mine are blood, iron and burning electricals... you know that wire burning smell 🥴😵‍💫
