"Like everyone attending school in Iran, my niece was forced to listen to religious propagandists. This past semester she was told that Americans have no family values, that Americans do not care for people the way Iranians do." Our govt is proving them right because my brother can **never bring his wife home.** There is literally no path. This sucks My family went through this during the 2017 Muslim travel ban. You probably have tried all legal options but if you haven’t, there is a HUMANITARIAN WAIVER application that are for spouses and parents affected by the ban. My family applied but Trump’s term expired before the application was ever processed fully by the State Department. Then Biden reversed that ban. Wish you guys the best.
