Needed to clean out one of the cabinets and it holds all the mason jars. We used all the ones not in boxes last year. Time to refill them with this harvest.

At some point the natural evaporation will allow you to reuse them without having to leave. I wonder the optimum number needed to achieve this. Wide mouth is messier for the act but faster evaporation........
