I said I had problems with nostr. I could see the feed but could not post anything.
I was using primal in web login with nsec.
Switched to nostr.com now this works with no problems.
I don't get why is this hard to do?
Not asking passive aggressively, genuinely curious.

Try Jumble (web and desktop app) and your perspective of using nostr will change.
The ability to browse per relay (when you want it) and not a follow list is a powerful thing that few nostr users get it.
Primal is just a pathetic copy of twatter.
What is the use case of browsing feed by relays? I personally don't get it. I thought the feed was supposed to be a convenient set union of all activities across relays.
Consider browsing relays posts as a newspaper... or as a school whiteboard filled with many notes, classifieds, announcements etc.
Each relay it should be dedicated to a zone, subject, language, community etc. Let's say like a craiglist or something like that.
If I want to read only news, I do not have to follow a bunch of news bots. I just go to a specific relay and read them all.
Follow list is such a twatter style, quite bullshit.
FML not another app that has its own set of hair pulling.
but since you recommended this, i will try it :)
How am I supposed to know which relays are for what purpose? These aren't like regional CL subdomains where they aren't going to show me duplicated content. Like, I'm going to see Marty Bent interviewing a goddamned psychic on all of them.
Its not. I have no idea why Primal, with all its resources, struggles to provide a good experience.
Anecdotally, my nostr desktop experience improved tremendously switching from Primal to jumble
Nostr is like a gun, dont shoot yourself in the foot. But if you know how it works its a very useful freedom tool.
