ARMv9 board with ACPI instead of device trees? There is also a Mini-ITX version with proper PCI-E slot.
Just a shame these are not PoE.

ARM really coming to the forefront these days
Radxa is killing. Some of their stuff is better supported than Raspberry Pi 5.
That board is open source by the way. All the schematics are available. This is the Mini-ITX more powerful variant.
