I dont see quantum computing to ever be a problem. Quantum maechanics / physics isnt fully understood so it cannot be replicated.

Quantum mechanics is replicated all the time...? Double-slit experiment with a laser can be done in a classroom. CdSe "quantum dots" can be commercially purchased, their color only arises due to quantum effect.
Whether or not and on what timescales quantum computing can be scaled up is another story, but quantum physics has innumerable actual real-world demonstrations.
