Persistent lower back pain is often the result of under active tight muscles. 1) Gluteus maximus (butt) 2) Gluteus medius (side butt) 3) Transverse abdominis (deep core) Get your butt and core strong and most of the issues will subside. The icing on the cake is stretching glutes, hamstrings and lower back. Ditch the chiropractor and fix yourself. #getstrong
