This is actually true, which makes one wonder how "unstoppable" and "censorship resistant" nostr really is if a regime decides to block only 3-4 of these popular relays. #asknostr ?

It is pretty resistent, not neccesarily for the existing content but things get mirrored pretty far and anyone can put up a replacement.
Loosing big relays would be super unfortunate but other replacements would just become big instead.
Ideally nostr is more p2p though.
