We are still pretty early on AI. I gave Claude my county planning and zoning document and basically just told it to format it as markdown and add hyperlinks where relevant and it needed a lot of hand holding in addition to not being able to actually use a word doc and having to convert to txt.
This is a relatively easy task for a human, albeit time consuming.

I used deepseek to counter a HOA "violation" for my native habitat in the front yard. Gave it the covenants, told it it's role as a lawyer who specializes in certified wildlife habitat. Asked it compromise an email to defend my case. The response was superb and the HOA response has been mute for 3 months.
It has the power, just use that CRIT method for prompts
What is the CRIT method?
The content if what it's doing is fine. The problem is the formatting. It clearly has only a rudimentary "understanding" of markdown and word docs
Context, role, interview, task.
Give your AI model the Context of the problem or situation, tell it it's role, have it interview you for better understanding, then give the task to output.
Oh yes, I can agree with that 100%. I often use it to create quotes and SOWs for my business and the formatting is always the struggle.
Thank you for clarifying.
