How I’m beating the Daylight Savings blues: -Daily Workout -Daily Sauna -Stay hydrated -Cut caffeine by 2 PM -Sunset walk in the woods with my dog Pretty simple but having a few routines really help, at least for me!

It’s creeping along! Haven’t got to spend a ton of time on it due to some outside commitments. Should really ramp up in the next few weeks though!
