I’ve got my cast iron hutch oven seasoned with bacon and a nice chuck roast in the freezer. Just waiting for a nice cold day to slow cook it all day
Turned out pretty good, except I ran out of time so did a barbacoa rub instead of the Moroccan tagine recipe I had originally planned. Also just used my Dutch oven instead of the tagine.
