Has anyone thought about a scenario where the EU is tyrannical and authoritarian de jure but at the same time so gay, incompetent and emasculated that it doesn't matter?

They did the police state thing pretty well in many member states during the covid hoax. Think Italy, Germany, France… In Lithuania, people couldn’t buy food without the fake vaccine.
