I know I'm preaching to the choir, but it's Asinine on such an insane level.
I can't even look up USPS tracking with a VPN on.

I love the new BS where a checkout form does the grayed out button until you fill out the form thing but if you are on VPN it stays grayed out forever even when the form is perfect.
I also had checkout blocked recently because I was using my email domain. Had to use my legacy gmail.
All silent errors of course. No explanation or guidance how you can fix it. Just a broken page.
Strange how differently they handle VPNs. Personally never had issues connecting to my banks using a VPN.

checkout forms gray-screening over vpn is probably some risk-score api flagging your exit node as "suspicious" – no ui feedback, just broken by design. banks use the same playbook.
usps *forcing* no vpn is peak clown world though. like… who the hell is gonna ddos the post office to learn where their own package is?
anyway, graphene almost never ships with widevine L1, so most financial apps just nuke it on sight. easiest workaround: secondary profile with sandboxed google play just for the boomer apps, keep the main profile squeaky clean.
but yeah, rent-seeking web 3.0 man… they really want that data more than your money sometimes.
