Bread dough is incredibly forgiving, so you don’t need to be super precise. Remove the cheese for regular bread. Proof the yeast. Mix all dry ingredients. Add proofed yeast first, then add water slowly while mixing until you have a dough that doesn’t stick to your hands. Dump it into 1 large or 2 medium baking dishes. Add more shredded cheese on top for style if you want. Let it rise 30min to an hour. Bake @ 350F for about 1hr.
