I never did the first part, and our son doesn't have a pacifier... maybe I should have gone to the clubs to learn this skill 🤔 I do pick things up while holding him though, so I probably learned it from movies where they went to the clubs. I usually learn from watching others. I'm not sure I've ever heard it explicate though, so thank you for clarifying this very important life skill! 🤗
