Aside of Citrine, do you use any personal relay? If yes, which and why? Interested in the more sofisticated ones. I would like to have one that fetches everything I'm interested in (WoT?) and that I easily download from it using my client. Like a proxy relay. #asknostr

If you are not familiar with VPS and installing your own relayer, I will suggest reading about StarOS from Star9 or Umbrel, in their simple OS you can install in a RaspberryPI 4, preferable a 5 and run a Bitcoin Node, your own nextcloud service and a Nostr Relay among many other apps. It is quite simple and the installation straight forward with a very small learning curve

I run two khatru relays for experiments, and two of the relay umbrel provides (wrapper around nostr-relay I think) for backups, cause they were the easiest thing for me to setup at the time. Last time I checked they were very outdated though, i should replace them.

I don't think it's the "most sophisticated," but it's DIY, and it works. https://minibolt.minibolt.info/bonus-guides/nostr/nostr-relay It's the client's responsibility, based on the user's preferences, to adapt and filter the information they receive from the relays, in addition to giving the user the option to select which relays they want to connect to. As you mentioned in your first podcast with nostr:nprofile1qy2hwumn8ghj7etyv4hzumn0wd68ytnvv9hxgqg4waehxw309anhyet9deek7atv9eehqctrv5qzqqqqqqqgyll6499lag5gc00uu3pzc720hwtxykmtx85sf8mjn4cqz56m90 about nostr, the relays are and **should be** "dummies" to preserve the nostr anti-censorship essence. Anyway, if that's what you're really looking for (idk): WOT relay: https://github.com/bitvora/wot-relay Bostr (proxy): https://github.com/Yonle/bostr
