A mountain of PoW that needs flipping 3 times! This is what I call the gym of life!

That's proper graft, three flips is no joke. I tried helping my neighbor haul compost bags up our Hackney stairs once—never again. How long does the whole cycle take you from start to finish?

We started at 8.30am and finished at 11.30 so 3 hours. PoW at its best! Sweaty PoW is my favourite PoW!
