For 1 of 2 or 2 of 3 multisig, you can do this in sub 80 bytes if you assume rigid locking script structure (like ordering of keys from least to greatest), assuming pubkeys can be omitted…sort of like how mini script describes stuff: or_d( multi(3, key_0_0, key_1_0, key_2_0), and_v(v:multi(1, key_0_1, key_1_1, key_2_1), after(1761494444)) ) The above is 118 bytes but is for a more complicated decaying multisig.
