So, can I set all my relays to read only and that would allow me to simply digest Nostr content, without interacting at all?

Basically. Would you be truly OK without interactions?
Well, i turned them off, experimenting with my own and I noticed i couldn't post either.
I don't think I'll leave them as read only, its just something I didnt know about
