This is money that is free from government control. Its digital but does not expose your community to any more sin than dollars do. In fact, less because bitcoin embodies certain virtues like trust (transparency) and proof of work (put in work to reap rewards).
You would be aligning your community with English that hold many very similar virtues. Most Btcoiners believe being self-relient, having traditional families, and empowering those who wish to live a simple traditional family life.
With cashu, this becomes money that your elders control. Your community mints its own money that you can trade amongst yourselves without any banking fees. And it remains usable outside of the community as well.
Of course its a long uphill battle but just some talking points off top of head

Is that the case across the board for most amish? Either waynid counter that the use of money is always some form of business no?
I'd say yes but I only have experience talking to local Amish and Amish from Lancaster. They're pretty strict on it.
