Up at 5AM opening channels on my LN and trying out @Nostria on a browser while I'm at it. Real fine polish on Nostria! Looks and feels pretty amazing so far. If you are looking for a new browser client or if you are sleeping on it cause you haven't heard of it: I'd check it out.

Thank you for trying it out! Attempted to zap you as well, got this back from Alby: "Recipient wallet error. Please contact the recipient."
Second person I've seen post about it positively. I tired it on Mac and was a bit laggy for me. Wonder if it's my setting or my choice of OS.
My #ablyhub setup sucks. For some reason, I can send zaps but can't receive zaps even though there is enough in/out liquidity in the private channel. I haven't cared enough to understand why and I'm just thinking of dumping albyhub for something better. I'm totally disappointed in lightning so far it seems to be moving towards a different third party who controls everything rather a solution for individuals. Anyway, still kicking the tires on Nostria. You can send zaps here if desired. cadayton@btcpayserver.sytes.net
Yeah I’ve definitely ran into some issues with being able to receive before too. I wasn’t sure how much that was Alby or just something else. It turned out, it was more on the sender’s side with my friend’s coinos wallet. I mean I’ve got no frame of reference as that’s been my only Lightning instance. However I will say I was disappointed to find Alby wants to only offer to swap in or swap out with fees paid to boltz to rebalance the channels. Instead of allowing a circular rebalance between your existing channels. But I found I can do that by managing the same node with Ride the Lightning. I think I’m beginning to grasp Alby hub just tries to idiot-proof lightning by over-simplifying. I’m wondering now if it’s really necessary to keep or if I can manage my node in other ways
